Can I use your designs to sell t-shirts and other merchandise?
Absolutely! Our designs are made not only for your personal projects but also for your print-on-demand (POD) business to help you save time and energy while improving your designs and boosting your sales.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal payments from customers throughout the world.
Do your designs come with a commercial license?
Yes. Our designs come with an unlimited commercial and personal license, so you can use and print them on as many products as you want.

Are your designs free of copyright infringement?
The designs that we sell on our website are trademark or copyright-safe, as long as you don’t edit them to include or add trademarked quotes, proprietary logos or designs, or any piece of graphic or text that’s referring to copyrighted material.
Be noted that all print-on-demand companies and marketplaces have different policies on the nature of the designs, so be sure to check the content policies of your platform of choice before using NoePixels ready-made designs on your store.
There is a problem with my order, what do I do?
If there is any issue with the order that has been placed, including, but not limited to, incorrect billing charges, failure to deliver the product, inability to access the product, or any other question feel free to contact us support@noepxl.com.
Do I have to create an account to use your site?
Anyone can visit our website anonymously if they want. But if you are an existing customer who wants to view your downloads and purchase history, you can login on your account with the same email that you used at checkout.
Can I resell your designs on my digital downloads store?
Reselling the design in any digital format or redistributing the design as any type of digital download is not allowed. Moreover, resell, sublicense and redistribution of the files on its own “even for free” is not allowed.

Can I edit the designs I purchased from Noepixels to create an original design to be sold on my store?
Absolutely. You may modify, edit, or alter any design you have purchased from us but they can only be sold in printed format.
I cannot open the files I purchased. What do I do?
If you are having trouble opening the .ZIP file, simply download any compression or zip software like WinRar, WinZip, or 7-Zip to your phone or computer.
What file types do you offer and how do I open these files?
Generally, we provide EPS, PSD, SVG, PNG, DXF, and JPEG for our designs.

Can NoePixels create a customized design for me?
We do not offer customized or personalized designs at the moment but you can send us your suggestions for generic design requests at request@noepxl.com and we will see what we can do.
How can I view my files and previous purchases?
After the payment is complete, you will be redirected to download page where you can download your designs and you will receive an email with a purchase receipt and link to download your files.
